CHIP TIMING:  AllSportCentral's ChampionChip® Timing services will be utilized for races.   An electric timing chip will be attached to your ankle via a velcro strap or to your shoe via a cable tie.  A runner without a chip will be a runner without a time.

CHIP VERIFICATION & RETURN:  Participants will be responsible to verify their chip and bib assignment at packet pickup.  Volunteers will collect your chips at the finish line.  A $35 lost chip fee will be charged for all missing chips. 

PACKET PICKUP:  Packet pickup locations and times are outlined below.   We strongly encourage everyone to pickup your packets and verify your chips on Thursday or Friday to avoid congestion Saturday morning.

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP:  NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION - For those of you that were not able to pickup your packets during the week please arrange to have someone pick it up for you.  Very limited packet pickup will be available Saturday morning at the AllSportCentral Offices from 7AM-8AM.  If you are not able to make it during that time, and you have pre-registered, you can pick up your bib and chip at the AllSportCentral Scoring Trailer at the Finish Line. If you are picking up your packet late after 8AM on Saturday morning, shirts and packet materials will be subject to availability in the AllSportCentral offices the week following the event.

WHAT TO BRING TO PACKET PICKUP:  All participants are responsible to pick up race information, confirm registration data, pick up BIB number, and verify chip assigment.   We encourage you to come early for packet pickup, as this will give event staff time to make any corrections prior to the event.  This will, in turn, will improve the quality of the event and the accuracy of the results.  All participants will need to bring a print out of the entry confirmation and a Photo ID.  If you plan on picking up a packet for somebody else, you will need a signed note, photocopy of picture ID, and a print out of their registration confirmation. Those people who did not specify shirt sizes when registering will be given a shirt based on availabilty.
